Caregivers You Can Trust
Carelife understands that great care begins first with great people. When we staff our caregivers, we look for those that share a passion for helping others. Our rule of thumb is that, we look to hire people who we feel comfortable hiring for our own family.
We also believe in the importance of training and ongoing education in preparing our caregivers. That is why we employ a well-educated and experienced staffs, including Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Neurologic Certified Specialist (NCS) and a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to train, educate and manage our caregivers in restorative care, traditional care and fall prevention.
In addition our caregivers are:
- Bilingual and bicultural including, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Spanish and more
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs), Companions and Personal Care Aides.
- Fully insured, bonded and covered by workers' compensation insurance to ensure full protection
- Extensively trained and receive ongoing education by our professional team of DPT, NCS and Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Meticulously screened, tested and undergo personal interview and orientation
